Do any of the providers offer sliding scale fees?
Yes, some of the providers offer a sliding scale fee for those who don’t have insurance or those who have insurance that’s not accepted by the providers. Contact your specific provider for more details.
What form of payment does Dr. Norris accept?
Cash, check, credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, Visa), debit card, FSA, and HSA.
What form of payment do the other providers accept?
Cash and check. Contact your provider directly for other types of payment they accept.
Will any of the providers provide an invoice for me to submit to my insurance if the provider is out of network?
Yes. Dr. Norris will collect the fee at the time of the appointment and provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement using your out of network benefits, if you have them.

Will any of the providers provide an invoice for me to submit to my FSA/HSA?
Yes. If you don't pay using your FSA or HSA, Dr. Norris will collect the fees and provide you with a receipt to submit to your HSA/FSA for reimbursement.

Is there a late cancellation or no show fee?
Yes, contact your provider directly for their specific policy.
Do any of the providers offer late afternoon or evening appointments?
Yes, contact your provider directly for their specific schedule.
Dr. Norris sees patient on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday afternoons and evenings.
Do any of the providers offer weekend appointments?
Dr. Norris does not offer weekend appointments.

To book an appointment with Dr. Norris, please call the office or submit a request on the contact page. For other providers, please contact them directly.
What happens if I or my child/teen have a psychological emergency and my provider is unavailable?
If you or your child/teen has a true emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
